Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Chennai
Company: SolarRun Energies Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales
Role Overview: SolarRun Energies is looking for a driven and customer-focused
Field Sales Executive to expand our residential solar business. The role involves meeting homeowners, understanding their energy needs, and guiding them through the process of adopting rooftop solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer locations and explain SolarRun’s solar solutions
- Conduct basic rooftop assessments and understand customer requirements
- Present savings, subsidy benefits, and installation process clearly
- Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into confirmed orders
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain trust throughout the process
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, installation, documentation)
- Ensure timely updates and accurate reporting of leads and conversions
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to travel within Chennai
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Experience in solar, real estate, construction, or electrical sales is an advantage
