Job Role: Field Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
*Lead Generation & Prospecting*: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
*Sales Pipeline Management*: Qualify leads, conduct product demos/pitches, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets
*Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
*Market Research*: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategy
*Reporting*: Maintain accurate records in CRM, provide weekly sales forecasts and reports to management
*Collaboration*: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
