Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with dental healthcare professionals, presenting V-Clear Aligners' products, providing product education, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collecting market insights to improve sales strategies and driving the adoption of our cutting-edge aligner solutions in specified territories.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
• Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Proficiency with CRM tools or related sales/marketing software
