Tech Aggregators Private Limited operates Cashter, a fast-growing B2B grocery commerce platform for retailers, supermarkets, and kirana stores. We are building a highly efficient, tech-enabled distribution ecosystem with strong financial discipline and governance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Financial Associate to manage day-to-day accounting, ensure statutory compliance, and strengthen financial processes. This role is critical to maintaining financial accuracy and supporting scale in a high-volume transaction environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books
• Record purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries on a daily basis
• Perform bank reconciliations and track cash flows
• Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions

2. Compliance & Filings

• Handle GST compliance including return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Ensure TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
• Support statutory compliance including ROC, PF, ESI (if applicable)
• Coordinate with external CA for audits and tax filings

3. Financial Controls & Governance

• Implement and monitor internal controls for payments and approvals
• Track vendor payments and ensure adherence to credit terms
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues
• Support creation of SOPs for finance processes

4. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare periodic financial reports (daily/weekly/monthly MIS)
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide data insights to support operational decision-making

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (preferred) or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance requirements
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment
