Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage core accounting functions with a focus on Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and GST/TDS compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on execution, and ownership of financial accuracy and processes.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, ageing)
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Ensure timely GST & TDS filings and compliance
- Support month-end/year-end closing and audits
- Analyze financial data using advanced Excel
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Improve financial processes and internal controls
- What We’re Looking For:5+ years in accounting/finance roles
- Strong experience in AR, GST, and TDS
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
