• Site Supervision & Execution: Assisting in day-to-day construction activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with blueprints and safety standards.
• Experience: Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works under any construction site is required
• Technical Support & Documentation: Preparing daily/monthly progress reports, maintaining site records, and documenting quality control findings.
• Planning & Design: Assisting with material quantity estimation, resource planning, and interpreting technical drawings and designs.
• Project Coordination: Working with sub-contractors, project managers, and consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Learning & Development: Participating in training sessions, shadowing senior engineers, and developing proficiency in project management techniques.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Software Proficiency: Basic understanding of AutoCAD, structural design software, and MS Office Suite.
• Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication, and eagerness to learn construction methods.
• Communication: Good English and Hindi communication is required
