Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop, schedule, and perform routine maintenance to prevent failures, while immediately addressing breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems (including PLCs) and implement repairs.
  • Equipment Installation: Oversee the installation and commissioning of new machinery to ensure proper integration.
  • Documentation & Safety: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise External Service Providers & Contractors, technicians, manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate with production teams to manage workload. 
  • Plant & Building Maintenance: Make annual maintenance schedule and execute the job using External and internal resources.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

·     Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering.

·     Minimum 2 Years experience in Factory Maintenance Function.
