🔹 Job Location: Chennai

🔹 Industry: Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)

🔹 Department: Financial Reporting (XBRL – US Clients)

🔹 Work Mode: On-site

🔹 Operation: 24/7, Monthly rotational shifts (5-shift pattern)

🔹 Working Hours: 8 hours/day

🔹 Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (minimum 65%)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Apply XBRL/iXBRL tagging and validation aligned with US-GAAP/IFRS taxonomies
• Conduct in-depth financial data analysis and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Handle client revisions, workflow updates, and query resolution
• Perform quality checks and process time analysis
• Implement process improvements and train team members on best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines

🔹 Skills and Experience Required

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial disclosure standards
• Proven experience in XBRL tagging (OEF/RR taxonomies is a plus)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Adaptability to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Knowledge of current trends in accounting, tax laws, and financial systems
