Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee daily customer interactions, manage slot bookings, and support basic content creation for marketing. This role is critical in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while enhancing customer experience and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all slot bookings and scheduling across facilities to ensure optimal utilization.
• Handle inbound calls, customer inquiries, and reservation requests professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate walk-in customers, bookings, and on-ground flow of activities.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer details.
• Assist in resolving customer issues or escalations promptly.
• Capture basic photos and videos using a mobile phone for social media content.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team by sharing raw content for post-production.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support daily operational tasks and communicate updates with internal teams
