Guest Service Associate

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Ice Cream Associates to join our growing ice cream chain with stores in Chennai and Bengaluru. As an Ice Cream Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and creating delightful experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors, toppings, and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the serving area and kitchen.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Ensure all products are stocked, fresh, and presented attractively.
• Provide information on menu items, promotions, and new products.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
