Job Description:

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Intern to support our IT team in day-to-day operations, technical support, and infrastructure-related activities. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to enterprise IT operations in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in software installation, updates, and license management
• Help maintain and update IT asset inventory and records
• Assist in user account management — creation, modification, and access controls
• Support in network troubleshooting and basic infrastructure maintenance
• Help document IT processes, SOPs, and support tickets
• Assist in any IT project activities as assigned by the team

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 and collaboration tools such as Teams and Outlook
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive problem-solving attitude
