Graphic and Web Designer

Job Summary: The Social Media Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for social media platforms, digital campaigns, ministry promotions, events, and brand communication. The role involves designing creative content that enhances ministry visibility, audience engagement, and digital outreach across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics, posters, banners, reels thumbnails, social media posts, and promotional materials for digital platforms.
• Create visually compelling content aligned with ministry branding guidelines and communication standards.
• Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and social media teams for campaign execution.
• Develop creatives for events, prayer meetings, conferences, outreach programs, and special campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for social media schedules and promotions.
• Edit and optimize graphics for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and websites.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and brand identity across all designs.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative tools.
• Support branding initiatives, digital campaigns, and promotional activities as required.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative resources.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of social media design trends and digital engagement.
• Good typography, color sense, and layout skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
