Job Description

* Manage

the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and

onboarding.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are regularly

updated.

Coordinate onboarding processes, employee documentation, and HR file

management.

* Assist

in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

* Oversee

attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

* Act as

the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and

performance-related matters.

Training & Employee Engagement

Organize training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.

Facilitate performance appraisal processes in collaboration with management.

learning and development strategies to enhance staff capabilities.
