Job Description
Key Responsibilities: HR Recruiter
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding new hires.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal team.
