Job Description

We are hiring an Admin Executive to support our day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The role involves coordinating office activities, managing documentation, handling communication, and providing support to field staff. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient workplace environment.

 

Key Responsibilities & Exposure

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Support the HR and accounts team with basic administrative requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2–3 years of experience can apply.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently and efficiently.
