Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage student coordination, client communication, and basic accounts for our swimming academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student registrations, records, and attendance
  • Manage parent/client inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
  • Record daily fee collections (Cash/UPI) and maintain ledger
  • Track pending payments and follow-ups
  • Coordinate batch schedules with coaches
  • Maintain basic reports and data records

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)
  • Basic accounts handling knowledge
  • Organized, responsible, and punctual

Preferred

  • Anyone looking job (Housewife, College studens)
