Job Description:

We are looking for a punctual and reliable Office Boy to handle day-to-day office support tasks. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, assisting in basic clerical work, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the office clean and organized..
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Run office errands (bank, stationery purchases, etc.).
  • Support the admin team with daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience.
  • Tamil mandatory
  • Prior experience as Office Boy / Office Assistant preferred.
  • Good attitude, discipline, and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and multitask.

A walk-in interview is also available between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Manage employee laptop allocation and tracking
  • Maintain and organize all admin-related tasks and records

Requirements:
