Job Title: Blue Collar Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

Source and recruit blue-collar candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and field sourcing.

Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct telephonic interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.

Ensure timely closure of bulk hiring requirements.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or bulk hiring. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in bulk hiring for roles such as Delivery Executives, Warehouse Associates, Helpers, Packers, Drivers, Security Guards, and other blue-collar positions.

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Good negotiation and candidate management skills.

Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize hiring requirements.
