HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and deploying fresher candidates for various manufacturing roles. Your primary focus will be on high-volume recruitment of blue-collar workers and technical trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Mass Sourcing: Source candidates across multiple qualifications, including ITI, Diploma, Graduates (B.Sc/B.Com/BA), HSC (12th), and SSLC (10th).
• Channel Management: Utilize localized sourcing channels such as job fairs, campus placements, skill development centers, local community networks, and field sourcing.
• Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' eligibility, willingness to work in manufacturing setups, rotational shift flexibility, and physical fitness.
• Line-up & Deployment: Manage the end-to-end mobilization of candidates from their hometowns/colleges to the factory locations. Ensure daily/weekly joining targets are met.
• Documentation: Collect and verify mandatory candidate documents (Aadhar card, bank details, education certificates, photos) for onboarding and compliance.
• Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with ITI/Diploma colleges, training institutes, and local coordinators to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and preserve strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Target Achievement: Work effectively on a target basis to close positions within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-Channel Sourcing: Execute aggressive sourcing strategies across Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed) and Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Communities) to build a continuous talent pipeline.
