Job Description & Summary: A career within Technology Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to bring our clients a competitive advantage through defining their technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising architectural solutions that help them achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary client interface, ensuring proactive, transparent, and seamless communication across all stakeholder levels — from operational teams to CXO leadership
• Leverage native/fluent Tamil proficiency to build deeper trust, rapport, and stronger relationships with regional clients, enabling smoother collaboration and engagement
• Own end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Implementation projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget execution across all engagements
• Establish and drive robust governance frameworks for both project delivery and managed services, including regular reviews, dashboards, SLA/KPI tracking, and executive reporting
• Oversee Cloud implementation and migration initiatives across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
• Govern Managed Services operations with a focus on ITIL-aligned processes, continuous service improvement, and operational excellence across infrastructure environments
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across delivery engagements, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance across multiple locations

Mandatory skill sets:

10+ years of extensive experience in implementation and Infra manage service. Should be proficient in Tamil Language as well for client interaction.

Preferred skill sets:

Certification related to Infra Architect

Years of experience required:

10 + years of relevant experience.

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
