Job Description
- Ø Collecting and Checking the Purchase materials bills and entry to be completed
- Ø Ensuring all payable amounts, cheques, Vouchers etc
- Ø Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
- Ø Tax reporting and inventory processing
- Ø Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
- Ø Reviews and verifies Invoices
- Ø Assisting with the preparation of year – end accounts and statutory accounts
- Ø Performs in the work of GST with the coordination of accounts team
- Ø Preparing TDS for doctors and coordinate with the Auditor
- Ø Regular checking of hospital Billing chart
- Ø Responsible for all workflow in the Accounts Department
