Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various software products and services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, covering servers, networks, and specific software solutions. Tasks include performing initial and intermediate troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges, often collaborating with teams to maintain system stability and efficiency in both remote and onsite settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting technical procedures and support knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals and network protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across diverse environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
