Role Overview
Shaadi.com is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Advisors to join the Telesales team.
The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them to choose the right services to enhance their experience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via calls and provide product/service information
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Drive sales through effective communication and relationship building
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/closure targets
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers:
- 2025 pass-outs are eligible
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
Experienced Candidates:
- Background in Telesales / Matrimony / Loans / Insurance preferred
- Strong sales and customer handling experience
Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities

- Basic computer knowledge
