Greetings!!!
We are looking for a persuasive and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels at communication and is motivated by a performance-based incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Outbound calling to potential leads to introduce our services and identify business opportunities.
- Client Consultation: Understanding client requirements and providing detailed information about our translation and interpretation solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Following up diligently with prospects to close sales and meet monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining a clean database of clients and ensuring regular follow-ups for repeat business.
- Reporting: Providing daily updates on calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved
Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (preferred).
- Salary : Upto 15k plus Incentives
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
- Language: Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a polite telephone manner, and basic knowledge of CRM software or MS Office.
- Location: No:184/3, 2nd floor, Chandamama Building, NSK Salai, Vadapalani, Chennai-600093.
- Land Mark: Kamala theater opposite.
