- Generate new insurance business through field activities and references
- Meet prospective customers directly and explain insurance solutions
- Procure health, motor, life, fire, marine, liability, and group insurance policies
- Develop relationships with corporates, SMEs, and individual clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal team for quotations, policy issuance, and renewals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily activity and lead tracking reports
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Build referral and networking channels
- Support claim assistance and customer servicing when required
