Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Navalur, OMR, Chennai

• Key ResponsibilitiesMeet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and design preferences.
• Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D visualizations using SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors, site engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Required SkillsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and furniture detailing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred Qualifications0–2 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
