Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and understand their furnishing requirements.

• Recommend suitable furniture, furnishings, and décor solutions.

• Provide product information, pricing, and design suggestions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Address customer queries and concerns professionally.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge.
