Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: PORUR

Experience: 1–2 Years


Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, maintain systems, and ensure smooth IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for hardware and software support, system upgrades, and IT asset management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and configure CPUs, including installing and upgrading components (RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux)
  • Perform data transfer, backup, and recovery operations
  • Upgrade and expand system storage (local disk management)
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Maintain and manage IT assets and inventory
  • Install and update drivers, antivirus, and other essential software
  • Support network-related issues (basic level)
  • Ensure system security and regular maintenance

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking
  • Hands-on experience in assembling systems and upgrading components
  • Familiarity with OS installation and troubleshooting
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide quick resolutions
