We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and billing operations.

Job Description

Enseigner Private Limited is hiring an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime and billing operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally Prime (mandatory).

·      Handle billing, invoicing, receipts, and payment entries.

·      Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

·      Process vendor payments and customer receipts.

·      Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

·      Monitor petty cash and track expenses.

·      Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, etc.

Skills Required

·      Strong proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory).

·      Good knowledge of billing processes and basic taxation.

·      Sound understanding of accounting principles.

·      Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

·      Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and billing (mandatory).

·      Only experienced candidates should apply. Freshers are not eligible.

·      Male candidates preferred.
