Lead ICA Engineer

DETAILS OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Detail engineering for Instrumentation, Control & Automation works
2. Read & understand the various international projects contract documents pertaining to ICA works and other interdisciplinary works.
3. Preparation of Document control Index with required manhours calculation in line with project requirement & project schedule.
4. Preparation / Review for engineering documents / drawings like Control system architecture, I/O schedule, Instrument schedule, Instrument Hookup drawings, Instrument Installation / support drawings, Cable schedules, UPS sizing, Control room equipment Layouts, Termination / Loop drawings.
5. Basic knowledge of ELV system like CCTV, ACS, Telecom & Fire Alarm system and can produce the basic drawings / documents for ELV package.
6. P&ID & control philosophy inputs to process team and discussion with them for further approval on the same.
7. Preparation of RFQs (Request for Quotation) for ICA equipment. 
8. Offer evaluation, vendor discussion for technical closure for all ICA equipment as per the project procurement schedule
9. Material Submittal review and submit to client.
10. Interdisciplinary coordination for engineering documents / drawings for other discipline.
11. Discussion with client for engineering approvals & to visit site if required for said works.
12. Restrict the approvals by within 2 revisions.
13. HAZOP & CHAZOP with clients has to be attended.
14. All other activities related to team building / Project & Tender progress tracking etc.
15. Knowledge of various International Codes & standards.
16. Candidate shall have extensive ICA knowledge and experience in water & wastewater treatment field to verify and direct FEED/Detail design packages.
17. Standardize systems and processes.
18. Responsible for meeting the timelines and budgeted costs of all the ICA packages.
19. Knowledge & Experience on Security systems like HCIS class for SAUDI Projects
