What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities

Technical Engineering & Architecture (Primary – 70%)

• Serve as L3 technical authority for complex escalation handling across Switching, Software, and GCC support domains.
• Design and define technical architecture and support frameworks for ARCH process.
• Develop and standardize advanced troubleshooting methodologies and escalation playbooks.
• Build deep expertise in TAC Switching and Software technologies and translate into scalable knowledge assets.
• Drive technical quality, root cause analysis, and engineering rigor across L3 operations.

 Process Engineering, Automation & Transformation

• Lead end-to-end process streamlining for ARCH, with focus on automation and efficiency.
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to design future-state support models.
• Identify repeatable issues and enable automation opportunities and structured resolution paths.
• Support development of scalable, standardized workflows across global teams.

Knowledge Management & Capability Development

• Build and drive structured knowledge transfer programs (KCS-aligned).
• Conduct technical mentoring, onboarding sessions, and deep dives for new hires.
• Create troubleshooting frameworks, knowledge articles, and best practice guides.
• Enable readiness of future GCC L3 Technical Support team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Support

• Partner with Program Managers (PMs), Engineering, and Product teams on key initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance on new tools, processes, and team structures.
• Contribute to design and build of new GCC support teams and operating models.

 Scorecard & Capability Metrics Development

• Design and implement technical and operational scorecards for ARCH and L3 teams.
• Define measurable indicators for technical quality, productivity, and knowledge effectiveness.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights and continuous improvement recommendations.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Typically 4-6 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong expertise in networking technologies (Switching, Software, WLAN)
• Proven L3 troubleshooting and escalation experience
• Strong capability in process engineering and transformation
• Experience in mentorship, knowledge transfer, and capability building
• Ability to bridge engineering depth with operational execution
