Lead Web Developer | 10+ Years Experience
We're looking for a skilled Lead Web Developer who brings deep technical expertise and a platform ownership mindset. Here's what we expect:

Magento 2 expertise — 10+ years in production environments; Professional Developer certification preferred
PHP 8.1+ — Strong OOP, design patterns, Composer, and PHPUnit testing skills
Magento internals — Confident with DI, plugins, observers, declarative schema, custom indexers, and service contracts
ERP integration — Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent (file-based and API-driven pipelines)
AWS proficiency — EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, CodeDeploy, S3, and CloudWatch; owns the deployment pipeline end-to-end
Infrastructure stack — Elasticsearch, Redis, Varnish, Nginx, CloudFlare WAF/CDN, and Linux server administration
Third-party integrations — Payment gateways, marketing platforms, shipping, and tax systems (e.g., Klaviyo, Affirm, ShipperHQ, Vertex)
Team leadership — Experience mentoring developers, running sprint planning, and communicating trade-offs to business stakeholders
CI/CD ownership — Comfortable building and managing automated deployment and testing pipelines
AI tools — Active use of Cursor and Claude Code is a core expectation, not optional
