LED Signage Fabricator & Laser Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Signage Fabricator and Machine Operator to handle the in-house production of 3D acrylic LED letters. The ideal candidate must possess complete hands-on knowledge of sheet cutting, precision bending, and low-voltage electrical wiring for illuminated letters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Program and safely operate CO2 Laser Cutting machines and CNC Routers to cut acrylic panels (varying from 2mm to 12mm thickness).
• Profile Bending: Perform flawless acrylic edge bending using manual hot-bending tools or automatic channel letter bending machines.
• LED Assembly & Wiring: Install 12V LED modules inside or behind letters. Properly calculate power load and wire them correctly to 12V DC SMPS power drivers.
• Finishing: Sand, polish, and glue acrylic layers seamlessly using specialized solvents (like chloroform or acrylic bonding agents) to ensure water-resistant joints.
• Base Fabrication: Assemble Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) or metal base frames for mounting the illuminated letters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of active experience in an LED letter fabrication workshop or factory.
• Ability to read standard 2D vector layouts (CorelDraw, AutoCAD, or DXF files).
• Sound understanding of basic electrical wiring, voltage balancing, and troubleshooting.
