Hiring: Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) On Role
📍 Location: Sriperumbudur, TN
🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
🕒 Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support mechanical maintenance of CNC machines and special-purpose equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on CNC machines (ball screws, pneumatic systems, gear systems)
- Handle special-purpose machines (grinding, polishing, ovens, pumps)
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Work on conveyors, sensors, fixtures, and interlock systems
- Support machine installation, alignment, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO documentation
- Required Skills:Basic knowledge of CNC machine maintenance
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems and mechanical components
- Understanding of maintenance practices (PM, PdM)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
