Machine Operator

1. Machine Operation & AssemblySet up, calibrate, and operate automated or semi-automated assembly and production machines.

• Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines and line systems.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and prevent jams or defects.
• Perform manual assembly tasks when required by the production line workflow.

2. Quality Control & InspectionConduct regular visual and measurement inspections of finished products to ensure they meet engineering specifications and company quality standards.

• Identify, segregate, and report defective materials or product faults immediately to the line supervisor.
• Maintain precise documentation of production counts, scrap rates, and quality checks.

3. Maintenance & TroubleshootingPerform routine pre-operation equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance (e.g., cleaning, oiling, clearing minor debris).

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical adjustments or machine errors during operation.
• Report complex technical malfunctions or required repairs to the maintenance engineering team.

4. Safety, Health, & Environment (HSE)Strictly follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and company guidelines.

• Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, glasses, ear protection, and gloves.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation (adhering to 5S or Lean manufacturing guidelines).
