Job Description
Operate CNC, assembly, machining, or production equipment as per standard operating procedures.
Load and unload raw materials and components into machines.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
Perform basic machine setup and minor adjustments.
Conduct in-process quality inspections and record production data.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) requirements.
Maintain 5S standards and workplace cleanliness.
Meet daily production targets and minimize downtime.
Follow quality procedures and work instructions.
Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities and preventive maintenance schedules.
