Job Description
Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC, VMC, or assembly machines according to technical specifications and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges) to check finished parts against blueprints and drawings.
Production Targets: Meet hourly and daily production quotas to ensure a smooth supply chain for commercial vehicle assembly.
Maintenance: Perform basic "Autonomous Maintenance" (cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting) to ensure machine longevity and prevent downtime.
Safety Compliance: Strictly follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols and maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles.
Documentation: Maintain production logs, rejection reports, and quality checklists accurately.
