Job Description

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Undergraduate: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Biotechnology/ Mechanical/ R & AC/ E&EE. 
  • Postgraduate: An MBA with a specialization in Marketing would be an added advantage.

2. Core Skill Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of how bio-medical equipment/ industrial equipments/electro-mechanical machineries work and are used. Exposure to installation/ trouble shooting will be added advantage
  •  Relationship Management: The ability to communicate effectively with clients such as Scientists, Doctors, Supply chain managers etc.
  • Market Research & Business Strategy: The ability to analyze competitor products, customer / industry needs and identifying opportunities for new products and business development. 
  • Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills (coordinating between Sales, R&D and Production teams). Excellent command of English and atleast minimal communication skills in spoken Hindi.

3. Experience Levels

  • Atleast 2-5 years  hands-on experience in hardcore institutional sales,field work, handling tenders, exports, preparation of technical, commercial bids
