Job Description

Material Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

Create RFQs (Request for Quotations) for non-standard materials and identify suitable suppliers.

Perform quarterly validation of supplier quotations to analyze cost deviations and trends.

Maintain and update agreed price lists in SAP.

Monitor and analyze price differences between KONE purchase order prices and supplier-confirmed prices.

Coordinate with KTI, Sourcing, VC teams, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and drive price alignment.

Support the sourcing team with reporting and data analysis activities.

Skill Set:

Any Non engineering candidate with Min 2-5 years of experience in purchase/Material Management
Good Communication with SAP Experience is mandatory,Also excel is added advantage
