Job Summary: 

 

We are seeking a motivated Microsoft CRM Functional Resource with a focus on Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a strong understanding of QA processes. This role will involve ensuring the quality and functionality of CRM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Quality Assurance Testing: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations and enhancements to ensure functionality meets business requirements.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in the CRM system. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate CRM functionalities and gather feedback for improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, test results, and defect reports to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of CRM solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Training and Support: Assist in training end-users on CRM functionalities and provide support during the implementation phase.

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

• 2-5 years of experience in CRM functional roles, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases for CRM applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience with automated testing tools for CRM applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional CRM platforms or related technologies is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in QA or Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus.
