What would you do? OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB Deliver in a Supporting Role for – 1. Enable People: Project Staffing & Staff On boarding 2. Unit Operations: Production Readiness & Operations Reporting 3. Technology & Work Environment Readiness: Coordinate with TWE Leads on Desktops/PCs, Laptops, Work space, printers etc. 4. Client Visits 5. Assist in the knowledge transfer process 6. Assist in the Capacity planning process This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings. Establish & operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.

Over 8 years of working experience. 5 year of experience in the field of transition 1. Staffing & On boarding • Coordinate timely staffing and seamless on boarding of the team members 2. Production Readiness & Operations Reporting • Timely & successful coordination to ensure Production Readiness & Operations Reporting 3. Technology & Work Environment Readiness • Timely & successful coordination to ensure TWE Readiness 4. Client Visits • Support the team to successfully show case Accenture capabilities to Clients • RFI / RFP responses 5. Assist the Knowledge transfer Lead in the KT process 6. Assist in the Capacity Planning Process 7.Assist in Operational Excellence process documentation Assist in Transition: - ‘Pulling’ transitions in to India with end-to-end responsibility of specific process/ country/ business unit - Ensuring delivery centre readiness for new deals by program managing the recruiting, workplace set-up, IT deployment, BCP, service management setup etc Client Relationship Management and Development 4 Decision making 4 Analytical Thinking 4 Multi tasking & Time Management 4 Result Oriented 4 Innovative 4 Excellent communication skills 6
