Operation and Maintenance Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

O&M E&I Engineer

• Candidate should have qualification of either diploma in E&I with 02-8years (OR)

BE/B.Tech (E&I) with min of 1years and maximum of 6 years’ experience.

• Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of various filed instruments.
• Having a keen experience in O&M of Various flow ,level,temp. and pressure instruments
• Having good experience in various analytical instruments like ph ,conductivity,FRC,turbidity,DO,MLSS,BOD etc
• Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance
• Should be familiar with calibration and trouble shooting  of field instruments and PLC systems. 
• Should have hands on experience in configuration of PLC for various process applications  
• Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
• Should be familiar in interpreting        P&IDs and control philosophy
• Should have ability to train and build a strong reliability team
• Should have good negotiations skills
• Should have strong orientation towards continual improvement
• Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
• Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
• Capable to manage the customer with good relationship.
• Preparation & carry out monsoon activity as precautionary action.
• Implementation of EHS & Quality Documents & procedures
• Implementation of work related SOPs at site
• Managing Subcontracts, vendor contracts, supply agreements, Purchase orders, amendments.
• Monitoring & Control to comply KPI’s
