Onboarding Executive - Sales

Key Responsibilities:

● Onboarding Management:

○ Coordinate with new restaurant partners to collect and verify all required documentation.

○ Guide restaurant partners through the onboarding process, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.

○ Set up restaurant profiles on the platform, including menu listings and pricing details.

● Relationship Building:

○ Develop and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners. ○ Address any questions or concerns from restaurant partners during the onboarding process.

○ Provide ongoing support to restaurant partners to ensure a successful launch on the platform and manage their end to end business/relations for 3 months.

● Training and Support:

○ Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff on how to use the platform. ○ Ensure restaurant partners are well-versed in policies and procedures. ○ Offer continuous support to restaurant partners to help them optimize their performance on .

● Process Improvement:

○ Identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding process and improve efficiency.

○ Gather feedback from restaurant partners and share insights with the internal team to enhance the onboarding experience.

○ Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions.

● Reporting and Documentation:

○ Maintain accurate records of the onboarding process for each restaurant partner. ○ Prepare regular reports on onboarding activities and key performance indicators. ○ Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

● Graduate who knows how to operate a Laptop and its basics.

● Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.

● Good communication skills.

● Go to Field Sales Person.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Passion for the food industry and technology.
