Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operation Manager to handle complete event operations from setup to clearance. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising all operational activities to ensure smooth execution of events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating event operations from setup to clearance.
- Managing overall event execution and operational activities.
- Coordinating with clients regarding event requirements, venue details, setup timing, and approvals.
- Handling vendor coordination for materials, transport, equipment, and services.
- Managing manpower including supervisors, labours, drivers, and support staff.
- Planning logistics, transportation, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Supervising on-site event activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Monitoring event setup quality and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinating with internal teams for materials, inventory, and operational requirements.
- Solving operational issues quickly during events.
- Ensuring safety, discipline, and proper work allocation at event sites.
- Preparing operational reports and maintaining event records.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning and coordination abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics and event operations.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in Event Management or Operations preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years experience in operations or event management preferred.
