Location: Mogappair, Chennai

*Job Description –* Operations Support Officer

As an Operations Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations by coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and update accurate records and operational data in company systems.

Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Follow up on operational activities and provide status updates.

Handle customer queries and provide necessary support.

Prepare reports, documentation, and operational records.

Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Support different departments with administrative and coordination activities.

Ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.

Monitor ongoing operations and escalate issues when required.

Maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Hindi speaking is mandatory.

Knowledge of English and local languages is preferred.

Age between 18 and 27 years.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge required.

No career gaps preferred.

Work Details

*Location* : Mogappair, Chennai kosmo office

*Work Timings* : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
