Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Manage customer bookings through WhatsApp and Shopify. 
  • Handle payment reconciliation and basic bookkeeping — match daily GPay and Shopify gateway settlements against the booking sheet, flag discrepancies same-day. 
  • Manage the Shopify orders for processing. 
  • Manage courier and packaging operations — maintain packing material stock, monitor courier SLAs, handle lost/damaged claims. 
  • Support live session preparation, not delivery — stage and tag inventory before each session, confirm streaming and lighting setup 30 minutes prior, and capture the post-session booking file
  • Detailed training will be given.
