P&M Assistant

· Creation of PAR for major assets against S3R in the Trading Platform after verifying RTA compliance and PDM status.

· Creation of PDA for both major and minor assets in EIP.

· Creation of EDC for testing & commissioning assets dispatched from HQ Lab to project sites.

· Data Collection for P&M equipment availability and utilization, preparation of reports for Domestic, International, and LTSA projects.

· Breakdown reports review on a daily basis.

· Data collection & preparation of RFID vs EIP Diesel Consumption reports on monthly basis.

· Data collection & Preparation of reports, including:

1. IHC Statement

2. HSD Consumption Report (Monthly)

3. Spares Stock Report

4. O&M Cost vs Acquisition Value

5. Surplus Equipment Report

6. Disposal Proposal Identification List

· Fuel item code linking with asset codes (Own, Hired, Subcontractor P&M, and Client assets) and processing approvals.

· Follow-up for pending installation of IoT devices and fuel level sensors across all sites in coordination with vendors.

Disposal Process Management

1. Identification of equipment eligible for disposal based on past history, life, operational & maintenance and aging of the equipment.

2. Post-DCM approval, coordination with stakeholders for quotation collection and submission to DC Valuation Cell for further approval at DC.

3. Post DC approval following with concern for Collection of payment, Sale order processing, Payment Linking with sale order, Sale DC and Invoice processing.

4. Completion of EIP process and physical disposal, Ensuring the removal of assets from EIP records.

· Follow-up on delivery status of newly procured assets.

· Coordination for document collection, GIN, and MRN processing for newly received assets.

· Tracking and follow-up of RN updates and CP completion with site teams.

· Follow up for work order (WO) expired assets.

· Arranging insurance policy copies from DC Insurance team.

· Keeping the soft copies of approvals, newly received asset documents, and related records in the Data centre (One drive folder) for future audit and reference.
