Job Summary
The PA/Syt Intern 2 will support the Project Assistant and System Engineering teams in various administrative, technical, and organizational tasks, contributing to the efficient execution of automotive lighting projects.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist Project Assistants with project documentation, meeting coordination, and communication tracking.
* Support System Engineers in data collection, analysis, and report generation for system design and validation.
* Organize and maintain project files, databases, and relevant technical documentation.
* Participate in team meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
* Contribute to the preparation of presentations and technical reports.
* Conduct basic research and information gathering related to automotive lighting systems.
* Perform other administrative and technical duties as assigned by the PA or Syt team leads.

Job Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive), Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
* Previous internship experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is a plus.
