Job Title: Packing Supervisor (Female)
Location: Chengalpattu
Department: Packing / Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented female Packing Supervisor to oversee the indoor packing operations. The candidate will supervise female packing staff, ensure productivity, and maintain quality standards in packing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of female packers for indoor packing activities
- Ensure packing is completed accurately and on time
- Monitor daily work performance and maintain discipline on the floor
- Maintain quality standards and minimize packing errors
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams
- Prepare and maintain packing reports using Excel
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the packing area
Requirements:
- Female candidate (as per role requirement)
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel
- Prior experience in packing supervision preferred
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively
