Job Description
D Mart Picker and Packer roles involve efficiently processing warehouse or store orders by locating items (picking), checking quality, and packing them for delivery, typically requiring basic 10th-grade education and the ability to work in rotating shifts. Key tasks include using handheld scanners, ensuring inventory accuracy, and meeting strict delivery deadlines
Key Job Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Locating and gathering products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Packing: Safely packing items into bags or boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- Scanning/Inventory: Using electronic systems to scan products, check accuracy, and manage inventory stock.
- Quality Control: Checking for damaged, expired, or incorrect products.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the workspace tidy and ensuring safety protocols
